Rewards On Another Level

The Tier Status Match allows members of Venetian Rewards to match their tier status to an equivalent tier at The Club at Pechanga. This program is designed to reward loyal players at both properties and enhance their experience.

To qualify for the Tier Status Match, participants must meet the following criteria:

• Be an active member of Venetian Rewards
• Be 21 years or older
• Not be prohibited from gaming or entering Pechanga Resort & Casino by law, nor be enrolled in any self-exclusion or self-limit programs

The Tier Status Match applies only to benefits (e.g., perks like accelerated point earning), not to gaming offers (e.g., weekly EzPlay). The equivalent tier benefits will be granted based on the following Venetian-to-Pechanga equivalency:

• Diamond (Venetian) → Red Card (Pechanga)
• Ruby (Venetian) → Platinum Card (Pechanga)
• Sapphire (Venetian) → Gold Card (Pechanga)

Pechanga Jade Card members will be matched to the highest Venetian tier—Diamond.

Guests must complete the following steps to request a Tier Status Match:

• Visit The Club at Pechanga in person to request the match.
• Present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) and their current Venetian Rewards card.
• The Club at Pechanga staff will verify the guest’s tier status and apply the equivalent benefits.

Note: Screenshots or photos of the Venetian Rewards card will not be accepted.

• The matched tier status will be valid for 12 months or until the end of the following Tier Cycle. Any tier match done before 1/31/25 will be valid until 1/31/26.
• The Tier Status Match is non-transferable and is valid only for the individual who requested the match.

• Venetian Rewards is the only rewards program being matched. We are not matching any other casinos or rewards programs at this time.
• Future promotions and offers are not guaranteed and depend on each guest’s gaming play level.
• Fraud or abuse of the program will result in disqualification and revocation of benefits.

• All Tier Status Match requests will be handled and processed at The Club at Pechanga. If a guest has any questions, they should be transferred to The Club for further support.
• Guests can also visit our Pechanga.com/Join for details about the program and to review the benefits associated with their matched tier.
• Any requests from Pechanga guests for a Venetian Tier Match, they must visit The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Rewards desk in person.

• All aspects of tier matching and benefit tracking will be handled directly by The Club at Pechanga. The team is not required to take any action regarding the processing of these requests.
• Reminder: The Tier Status Match applies only to tier-based benefits (e.g., perks). It does not apply to any gaming offers, and no other casinos are included in the program at this time.

• Pechanga and Venetian will send direct mailings to promote each other’s Casino/Resort. These mailings may include complimentary stays or additional offers at either property. The qualifications for receiving complimentary offers will be determined by each property not just the Tier Match.
• Patrons must first meet all qualifications and join Venetian Rewards before redeeming Venetian’s offer. Similarly, patrons must meet all qualifications and join Pechanga’s Players Club before redeeming Pechanga’s offer. Once enrolled, patrons must comply with the terms and conditions of the respective rewards program.
