Spa Pechanga Policies & Guidelines

What to Expect Prior to Arrival

Please see the policies and guidelines for your time at Spa Pechanga, Temecula Valley’s premier Spa destination.

Reservations

Guests must be 21 years or older to use Spa Pechanga’s facilities. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure preferred treatment times. A credit card is required for reservations to hold a treatment time. Guests may book a treatment online at www.pechanga.com/indulge/spa or by calling (951) 770-8501.

Arrival

It is recommended that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to other Spa Pechanga guests, late arrivals will receive their scheduled service, however, the treatment will conclude at the scheduled end time.

Services

All Spa Pechanga services are performed by certified treatment specialists. Please notify the spa of any allergies, pregnancy, and/or other health concerns prior to your service.

Spa Environment

Spa Pechanga carefully cultivates its environment. Smoking, cell phone usage, or any disruptive behavior in the spa is strictly prohibited.

Spa Facilities

The amenities at Spa Pechanga open at 9:30AM. Guests may enjoy the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, relaxation room, private lounge, and an outdoor, co-ed pool and hot tub. Please follow your personal health recommendations when deciding to use our facilities.

Fitness Center

Access to the Fitness Center is limited to Spa Pechanga and hotel guests only. Guests must be 16 years or older. Individuals younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times. Guests enjoying personal music must use headphones or earbuds.

Day Passes

Spa day passes allow guests full day access to Spa Pechanga amenities without requiring a spa service. Day passes are subject to availability and may be booked in advance. Guests with a day pass may check-in as early as 10:30AM and are granted in and out privileges until 6:00PM the same day.

Food and Beverage

Spa Pechanga proudly offers a variety of handpicked, handmade seasonal cuisine and refreshments. Outside food or beverage is not permitted. A two-drink maximum is enforced for all Spa Pechanga guests. Spa Pechanga reserves the right to refuse service due to inebriation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Spa Pechanga has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled treatment times, are subject to cancellation fees equal to the full amount of the service.

Service Charge

A 22% service charge is automatically applied at checkout. Additional gratuity is welcome and may be assigned at checkout. Casino comps may not be used to pay for surcharges.

Valuables and Items

All Spa Pechanga guests are provided a secure locker for use during their time at the spa. Spa Pechanga is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests are encouraged not to bring valuables into the spa. Before any treatment, guests will be asked to remove any jewelry, store it, and secure it in a locker. Spa attendants are happy to provide a jewelry bag upon request.

Parking

Spa Pechanga guests may self-park in the East Parking Garage or receive complimentary valet parking with validation.

Gift Cards

Spa Pechanga gift cards are available for purchase at the front desk.

Retail Items

Returns or exchanges are accepted for unopened spa products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Health & Safety

Cleaning, Sanitizing & Disinfecting

Spa attendants thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect all guest areas, including treatment rooms, the reception and retail area, the salon, and the fitness room. They also thoroughly clean high-touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator panels and doors, stair handrails, and more.


Spa Linens

New, freshly laundered linens are set prior to each treatment. Spa linens are washed and laundered at a temperature of 165° Fahrenheit for optimal sanitization.


Manicure/Pedicure Services

Manicure and pedicure stations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest.
